I am a wife and mother, and live in rural South West Victoria Australia.

In 2012 I stumbled across a Debbie Brown Cake Decorating book, and  was instantly hooked!!!

​It unlocked a passion and creativity, that I never knew existed!!!  I began practicing every day and slowly took over my house with cake supplies.

These days I operate out of a purposely built commercial kitchen on my property in Winchelsea.  It's one of my favorite places to be, and lots of magical cakes are created each year.  Whilst I happily make a wide range of styles .... My favorite cakes to make are carved cakes ( and anything with sugar figurines).  I'm always trying to push the boundaries and improve my skills, and love the wacky requests.

In recent years I have became a teacher of enchanting sugar figurines and cakes across Victoria (no formal training ... just sharing my love of cake decorating).  My classes are suitable for all skill levels and we always have a lot of fun!!!  Private 1 on 1 classes are currently not available.   

In 2023 I have the honor of teaching 2 days in Adelaide for their  State Seminar  "Cake Decorators Association South Australia".  This will be my first time teaching interstate, and I am still blown away that my work has been recognized by some of Australia's very best cake artists!!!

In 2012 I joined my local cake decorating group "Cake Decorators Association of Victoria- Colac Branch".  And I simply LOVE IT!!!  The ladies are incredible and are some of my biggest supporters.  I have been so lucky to learn from so many talented members in CDAV, and will be forever grateful to this wonderful association!!!

In 2012 I entered my first cake show and won a 1st prize for my novice novelty cake at the Colac Show. I learnt so much from the Judges critique that I have entered cake shows regularly since.

To date I have won over 20 '1st Prizes' and 5 ‘Best in Shows’ across Royal Melbourne, Royal Geelong and Colac Shows.
